What services do you offer?

We specialize in professional videography and photography for local businesses, social events, social media content, and weddings. Whether you need a promotional video, event coverage, or wedding, we can craft you something unforgettable.

How much do your services cost?

Set prices may be found under the pricing tab. For other projects, pricing depends on the project’s complexity, length, and editing needs. Contact us for a quote, and I’ll tailor a package that fits your budget and vision.

WhaT’s the social Media package process?

We’ll first hop on a call, get to understand your business and identify any gaps/opportunities for it to grow. We’ll talk about your target audience, and social media. Based on that you’ll receive a custom report on how you can grow your business with social media and we’ll handle project plans, content calendars, filming, editing etc.

What’s your Wedding booking process?

For weddings, a deposit of $100 through Zelle to secure our commitment and service. A contract will be sent to you prior to the service to establish clear expectations, ensure smooth business relationships, protect our work, and address other details. Additionally, we may hop on a call or meet before our service so we can get to know each other and discuss details.

When can I expect the finished product?

All videos are delivered within 1-2 weeks However, some larger, more complex projects may have a 3-4 week delivery. You may get the final product sooner than you expect!

Can I request revisions?

Yes! We want you to love the final product! We offer up to one free revision to make sure the video meets your expectations. After that, additional revisions can be made for a $300 extra fee. Please know, revisions will increase the final deliverable time.

How will I get my video?

Your video will be delivered in high quality via a secure download link from Google Drive or Dropbox. If agreed, a YouTube video may be uploaded to Carpenter Media youtube channel with a shareable link. Additionally, if requested a physical drive may be given to you for a $50 fee.

Do you give RAW video and photo?

We do not give RAW video and photo unless requested for a $300 fee.

Is there a travel fee?

Jobs over a 50 mile radius from Scottsdale, Arizona require a travel fee. 75 miles is $250 and 300 miles is $500.

Do you offer photography services?

We do! Personally, shooting video and editing video are my primary skills, however, I always want clients to be aware that my videography skills are much better than my photography skills. I’m definitely down to do a photoshoot though and gain experience!

Do you offer video editing services?

We do! In fact, we have clients we edit for regularly. Whether it’s for content creation or podcasts, we do offer video editing services.
